AI Workforce Training · Tier 3 · Embed

Invest in your people, not their people.

Consultancies rent you their staff and take the skills home when the invoice clears. AI workforce training works the other way: your people learn to build, on your work, and everything stays when we leave.

01

What AI workforce training is

AI workforce training is hands-on instruction that teaches your existing employees to use, build, and maintain AI tools inside their own workflows. It is not a webinar, a lunch-and-learn, or a seat license with a completion certificate. Done right, it ends with your people shipping working automations on tasks they already own, and keeping the playbooks after the trainer leaves.

Your domain experts already know the business better than any consultant will. They know which report eats a Thursday, which intake process leaks hours, which spreadsheet is held together with prayer. What they are missing is not intelligence or drive. It is a toolset, and the confidence to wield it. That gap is trainable, and it is a lot smaller than the industry wants you to believe.

02

Why train instead of rent

The math is the argument. Trained well, the same ten people do the work of twenty. Morale goes up. Payroll does not. A productivity increase, for the first time in a generation, that does not have to be paid for in burnout or headcount.

The evidence agrees. When MIT studied more than 300 enterprise AI deployments, the tools built with a partner reached production at twice the rate of tools built by internal labs alone, and the returns that did materialize came from the back office, where your people already live. We wrote up the study.

And when the engagement ends, the difference compounds. A rented team walks out with everything it learned about your business. A trained team stays, keeps building, and trains the next hire. One is an expense that repeats. The other is an asset that appreciates.

How Embed works

AI workforce training is Tier 3 of our three-tier ladder, and it runs the way the rest of the ladder runs: fixed scope, priced in advance.

Step 1 · Learn

We learn your work

We embed with the team you built and learn how the work actually gets done: the real workflows, not the org chart's version of them.

Step 2 · Build

We build together

Hands-on training for your existing staff, with over-the-shoulder support building real tools on real work. Not exercises. Backlog.

Step 3 · Leave

We hand over the shop

Playbooks your team keeps, and keeps improving. An optional on-call subscription afterward: a few hours a month, whenever you need a hand.

04

Who it's for

Small and mid-sized organizations, nonprofits, and mission-driven teams that have real domain experts and no appetite for a permanent consulting line item. If your people know the business and your budget knows its limits, this tier was designed for you.

If you are not sure whether training or building is the right first move, that is exactly what a fixed-fee Recon assessment answers before you spend real money.

05

Questions we actually get

Q1Do our employees need technical backgrounds?

No. The training is built for domain experts, the people who already know how the work gets done. Modern AI tooling meets them where they are; the training closes the rest of the gap on their real tasks.

Q2How long does it take?

Engagements are scoped to your team's size and objectives rather than a standard clock, and the scope and fixed fee are agreed before work starts.

Q3What does it cost?

A fixed fee, priced in advance, scoped to your team. No hourly meters and no open-ended retainers. The optional on-call subscription afterward is a few hours a month.

Q4What do we keep when it ends?

The skills, the working tools built during the engagement, and written playbooks your team owns and keeps improving. We measure success by how little you need us afterward.

Q5Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train or improve AI models, ours or anyone else's, and it is processed by named US-based providers or fully on your premises. It is in the contract, not just the marketing.

Q6How is this different from online courses?

Courses teach generic examples and end at the quiz. This runs on your actual backlog, inside your actual systems, and ends with working tools and the people who know how to keep them working.
